By using Tyndora, you agree to these terms.
By accessing and using Tyndora Assurance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Tyndora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to users.
2. License & Usage
How you may use Tyndora.
Grant of License
Tyndora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this agreement and your subscription plan.
Permitted Uses
- • Use the Service for compliance management within your organization
- • Access documentation and training materials
- • Store and manage compliance evidence and controls
- • Generate reports and audit-ready documentation
Prohibited Uses
- • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- • Using the Service to compete with Tyndora
- • Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Accessing the Service through unauthorized means
3. User Responsibilities
Your obligations when using Tyndora.

- • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- • Not engage in any form of harassment or abuse
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of content and materials.
Tyndora retains all rights to the Service, including all software, designs, and documentation. You retain ownership of your compliance data. By using the Service, you grant Tyndora a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyndora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
How the agreement may end.
You may terminate your account at any time. Tyndora may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tyndora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor is it responsible for compliance outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
